Who Are You:
You have at least 18 months of real estate sales experience, an active CA salesperson license, a track record of deal making, commitment to ethics, and competitive team-centric drive for success.
You can pivot between software and are agile with virtual office technology systems, social media, and CRM systems.
You ask questions, are research-oriented. You make investments in your education and adhere to a principle of continuous improvement.
You have exceptional file management, time management and contact management practices.
You read industry news and understand pricing trends and are comfortable expressing your point of view on real estate with anyone at any time.
You love helping people find home and stay in touch with your clients post-closing. To you, the true joy of real estate is helping change people’s lives.
